Dimensions
One of the most important aspects for an accurate quote is the dimensions of each piece in your shipment. Dimensional weight is an industry standard and does impact pricing. Don't ship empty space inside that box, reduce the box size and it will save you cash.

Total Weight
This is the most important factor for an accurate quote. If your weight changes at the time of shipment, final charges will change as well. Our quotes are guaranteed based on the information that you provide to us during the quoting process.

Scheduling Pick Up's & Deliveries
Pay close attention when scheduling your pick up's and deliveries. Try to schedule as a "regular", 8am-5pm.
Time specific pickups are more costly and can increase your overall shipping costs.

Weekends & Holidays
Of course anytime your need weekend or holiday service, we are ready and available. Give us a call to discuss any special requirements that you may have. Weekend and holiday services do carry additional charges so always try to schedule your major shipment activities during regular work week hours. It saves you money!
